Houston, TX, March 10th, 2011-Aeromexico, Mexico’s global airline, announces a new daily flight between Fresno, California and Guadalajara, Jalisco, adding more options for Fresno travelers.

The new route will officially launch on April 4th, and will feature daily flights departing Fresno at 11:50 pm and arriving in Guadalajara at 5:20 am. Returning flights will depart from Guadalajara at 7:40 pm, landing in Fresno at 9:35 pm.

With these additional frequency, Aeromexico adds to its already extensive range of daily flights, for both business and leisure travelers interested in discovering Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco; home to the traditional mariachi music and tequila, the country’s national drink.

Considered a traditional and cosmopolitan city, Guadalajara hosts numerous cultural events throughout the year, ranging from the International Mariachi Festival and the International Film Festival, to the Pan American Games, taking place in October of this year.

With the new Fresno route, Aeromexico increases the variety of flight itineraries for travelers while connecting them to one of its main hubs. The new flight also allows travelers to make important connections within Mexico, using the extensive network that the airline has to offer.
